We had the absolute pleasure of working with Kimberlin for my wedding on June 22nd, 2024, she was a dream to work with from start to finish. Her attention to detail was extraordinary, every little aspect of the day was meticulously planned and executed beyond my wildest dreams. I showed her my vision and she truly exceeded any and all our expectations. Her creativity really helped bring new ideas to the table, she knew what was possible with the budget she was given and showed us ideas we never thought of.
Her knowledge of the wedding industry was evident throughout the entire planning process. Since we were from out of town, we had zero idea who the local vendors were, but Kimberlin didn’t let us sweat it for one second – she knew everyone! I showed her my flower inspiration during one of our first planning meetings, she knew exactly what florist would be best for my vision and called him right on the spot, ensuring we were able to book him. Wasting no time. She’s a go getter and will get it done!
Apart from her professional skills, Kimberlin was such an easy person to get along with, easy going, staying calm under pressure, making sure we were always on the same page. I genuinely didn’t feel stress during the planning process because I knew Kimberlin had it all organized. Her attention to timeline and knowing when things needed to be completed was such a huge help, as there are so many things you’d never think of doing. Her communication was above and beyond the entire 16 months we worked together.
She made sure the whole weekend flowed smoothly and went by the timeline schedule she created. Ensuring nothing was missed out on. She is truly the best of the best.
If you’re looking for someone who will not only meet, but exceed your expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend Kimberlin!
She made the wedding of my dreams come true. The only downside is you will really miss her when it’s all over.

" After 8 plus years of dating my daughter Katie and now son in-law James were engaged in September of 2022 and process of planning a wedding began. Katie and James live in Chicago but grew up in Bettendorf, so they wanted to have their wedding here in the Quad Cities where most of their family and friends live. In November of 2022 we had appointments to visit two different wedding venues. I remember going to the first venue and being very underwhelmed by the event staff and the facility. A few hours later we went to the second venue and that is when we met Kimberlin. We toured the venue and Kimberlin and Katie discussed Katie's vision of what she wanted for her wedding reception. When I listened to Kimberlin and my daughter talking with each other I could instantly feel the connection that they had with each other.
For the next 19 months Kimberlin was in regular contact with Katie, discussing every detail, big and little. Kimberlin connected Katie with all of the best wedding vendors to make sure she had the perfect flowers, perfect wedding cake, perfect dancing floor wrap, perfect everything. Finally on June 21st, 2024 wedding weekend arrived. Kimberlin was at the church on Friday night for the rehearsal, met the wedding party and provided everyone with an itinerary with a detailed timeline for Saturday's events. Saturday morning arrived and Kimberlin was there at the hotel to help with anything that anyone needed, be it an out of town guest or a member of the wedding party. Saturday afternoon we were off to the church and the wedding ceremony was perfect. After the wedding we returned back to the hotel and for the cocktail hour and wedding reception. Kimberlin took Katie, James, James's parents and my wife and I into the reception hall so that we could get that first look. I remember all of us being overcome with emotion as to how beautiful the room looked. Kimberlin had taken Katie's vision of what she wanted her wedding reception to be and hit it out of the park. We received comments from several guest that it was the most beautiful and fun wedding that have ever attended. I couldn't agree more with them and wish we could do it over again once every year.
I am forever grateful to Kimberlin for making my daughter's wedding one of the best days of my life.
